Passwords – one of the most common issues we receive calls about. Often people are  unable to receive emails on mobile devices after they have had to change passwords on the domain.

Domain passwords are normally expire after 45 days, when this happens people tend to forget an important step in this process. Once you’ve changed the password on the domain you need to change it on all of your mobile devices.

Failing to change this information on your mobile devices will lock your account. Which no one wants to have to deal with that headache! The reason, your mobile device will try to retrieve emails from the server and offer the old information. The server will deny access as the wrong password has been offered, after three attempts the sever will lock your account.

So, every time you change your password, update all your mobile devices with the new one. Otherwise you may find you become one our statistics with our most common issue!
